Osteomyelitis is an inflammatory condition in the medullary spaces or cortical surface of bones. It can be acute chronic and extend beyond original site. Also, it caused by several factors, among them as a result untreated dental trauma. Correct diagnosis individualized treatment are essential for success. The aim to report case osteomyelitis due history trauma anterior region maxilla 21-years-old patient without associated comorbidities, focusing on success therapy employed. known that still challenge because microbiota present. recommended with higher rates removal bone sequestration antibiotic therapy, which has shown satisfactory results maintenance elements function.
